The group ‘Teens with a Purpose’ (TWP) held its 3rd annual Fundraiser and Gala last Friday night at the Westin in Virginia Beach. Al Roker of NBC-TV ‘Today Show’ was the scheduled keynote guest speaker but was unable to attend due to an emergency.
